Fix the build of the Emacs User manual.

doc/emacs/maintaining.texi (Version Control Systems): Move "@end itemize"
 past the last @item.  Fix a typo (reported by H. Dieter Wilhelm
 <dieter@duenenhof-wilhelm.de>).
