(compile-highlight-display-limit): New variable.

(compilation-handle-exit): Parse error messages here
as specified by compile-highlight-display-limit.
(compile-reinitialize-errors): Add highlighting to error messages
once they are parsed.
(compilation-forget-errors): Remove highlighting properties here.
