(macroexp--cons): Rename from maybe-cons.
(macroexp--accumulate): Rename from macroexp-accumulate.
(macroexp--all-forms): Rename from macroexpand-all-forms.
(macroexp--all-clauses): Rename from macroexpand-all-clauses.
(macroexp--expand-all): Rename from macroexpand-all-1.
