bb07fa293e (xic_defaut_fontset): New constant. 
(xic_create_fontsetname): New function.
Extracted from create_frame_xic.  Try to generate a slightly better fontset.
(xic_create_xfontset): Use it.
(create_frame_xic): Simplify.
