Richard M. Stallman cf770692be (${archlibdir}): Don't run blessmail; instead
print advice to run it, if it has anything significant to do.
And only if MOVEMAIL_NEEDS_BLESSING.
(blessmail): Use emacs, not temacs.
(configuration): Renamed from configname.
