GCC, the GNU Compiler Collection includes gcc, g++, gcj, and g77.

This port installs the various front ends as gcc34, g++34, gcj34,
and g77-34 into the ${PREFIX}/bin directory.

Update from repo-copy of lang/gcc33 to the 2003-11-12 snapshot of GCC 3.4. This is a new port for egcs, which probably stands for something like "enhanced GNU compiler suite." It contains updated versions of gcc, g++, and g77 with many bugfixes and some new optimizations. The C++ compiler in particular is vastly improved over gcc-2.7.2.1. 1998-01-10 21:40:10 +00:00
