Simon Barner	c4f287ff6e	Add a slave port that enforces the use of gcc 3.4+ to build boost. This port is intended for FreeBSD 4 only and is IGNOREd on other versions. It can be uses as a dependency for other ports that require boost to be built with gcc 3.4, e.g. devel/monotone.
