2e87c89fc5 Back out the previous commit. That one has a problem which occurs on
cross-language master-slave ports.

I just wonder how I could overlook this.  I thought I tested with Wnn,
netscape and so on.  *sigh*

Yes, I know how I can fix it, but I'd certainly back out first.

16f977dbc1 Oops, fix a typo (WRSRC -> WRKSRC). Strange how this has gone unnoticed
for nearly two months!  This allows p5-Jcode to respect CC again..

1e60866cc1 Lots and lots of cleanups. Teach p5-* in general about PKGNAMEPREFIX.
Add some missing/wrong dependencies.  Show how to respect CC/CFLAGS.  Many
miscellaneous modifications.  I used more excessive hacks to force p5-Jcode
and p5-WWW-Search to respect CC/CFLAGS.
