7bf1dfbf7f Contrary to wollman's overzealous search-and-replace in r1.9, the
.net-mgmt TLD has yet to be approved by ICANN. Fix fetching.

60aab66567 Say hello to the new "net-mgmt" category. There are probably more
ports that belong here than the ones I have identified and moved in
this, first, pass.

5e5841f2cd Eliminate WRKSRC=${WRKDIR}/${PKGNAME} lines, as these will break when
PORTREVISION or PORTEPOCH are defined.

Most of these Makefiles were defining DISTNAME and WRKSRC (and
sometimes EXTRACT_SUFX) -- change those to define DISTFILES only.
Also, some of the WRKSRC lines were not even necessary, as they were
defining it to the default value.
