It's possible that EXTRACT_CMD won't be predefined in the near future
in order to support distfiles in multiple formats. We know the post-
extraction tool needs to be tar, so let's specify it directly.
- Use tar:bzip2 instead of USE_BZIP2=yes
- Change Desktop entry file
- Remove HOW-TO-INSTALL, INSTALL, changelog.debian and changelog.openbsd
from DOCS
USES=zip is currently desired when all distfiles are zip archives, unless
the after-extraction arguments are tailored for ${TAR}. Currently
USES=zip is incompatible with multiple distfiles of different formats,
but this is being worked on.

Both post-extract and post-install targets aren't necessary.
In particular the shifting to get the src to extract into the default
WRKSRC was not only unnecessary, the home-rolled extraction could break
in the future, so just clean the whole thing up. Verified on Redports.
