d8b30d9b95 - Upgrade net/lam to 7.1.2 and remove net/lam7;
- Chase lam7 -> lam in the dependent ports;

- Mark math/freemat IGNORE if WITH_MPI is defined and add a note about
  FreeMat 2.0 and QT4.

6a98adfdfd - Switch to MPICH2;
