Gerald Pfeifer f61f2b3a33 Update to the 20051112 snapshot of GCC 4.1.0 (which requires a fix to
build with GCC 2.95 that I already submitted upstream as well).

Add a long missing dependency on USE_ICONV=yes.[1]
