Alexey Dokuchaev c7b74af510 - Remove no longer needed `post-patch' target that now prevented building 
of the auxiliary tools and install `ipod-time-sync'
- Convert to USES=localbase; add --disable-silent-rules to CONFIGURE_ARGS
  to make debugging easier; use option helpers
