Several typo fixes

Browse Source 
* CONTRIBUTE.org: Use the article 'an' for Org.
* org-manual.org: Use the article 'an' for Org.
Delete unnecessary whitespace at beginning of line.
Move LaTeX comment to the LaTeX code block.
