From 15e32d5d03a3b203f038307e0b06ca4c93d9851a Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Mike Smith Date: Sat, 28 Oct 2000 06:59:48 +0000 Subject: [PATCH] Initial FreeBSD OSPM (operating system power management) modules for ACPICA. Most of these are still works in progress. Support exists for: - Fixed feature and control method power, lid and sleep buttons. - Detection of ISA PnP devices using ACPI namespace. - Detection of PCI root busses using ACPI namespace. - CPU throttling and sleep states (incomplete) - Thermal monitoring and cooling control (incomplete) - Interface to platform embedded controllers (mostly complete) - ACPI timer (incomplete) - Simple userland control of sleep states. - Shutdown and poweroff. --- sys/dev/acpica/acpi.c | 1124 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ sys/dev/acpica/acpi_apic.c | 159 +++++ sys/dev/acpica/acpi_button.c | 182 +++++ sys/dev/acpica/acpi_ec.c | 710 +++++++++++++++++++ sys/dev/acpica/acpi_ecreg.h | 196 ++++++ sys/dev/acpica/acpi_isa.c | 442 ++++++++++++ sys/dev/acpica/acpi_lid.c | 152 +++++ sys/dev/acpica/acpi_pcib.c | 236 +++++++ sys/dev/acpica/acpi_pcib_acpi.c | 236 +++++++ sys/dev/acpica/acpi_processor.c | 640 ++++++++++++++++++ sys/dev/acpica/acpi_resource.c | 343 ++++++++++ sys/dev/acpica/acpi_thermal.c | 102 +++ sys/dev/acpica/acpi_timer.c | 117 ++++ sys/dev/acpica/acpiio.h | 33 + sys/dev/acpica/acpivar.h | 221 ++++++ 15 files changed, 4893 insertions(+) create mode 100644 sys/dev/acpica/acpi.c create mode 100644 sys/dev/acpica/acpi_apic.c create mode 100644 sys/dev/acpica/acpi_button.c create mode 100644 sys/dev/acpica/acpi_ec.c create mode 100644 sys/dev/acpica/acpi_ecreg.h create mode 100644 sys/dev/acpica/acpi_isa.c create mode 100644 sys/dev/acpica/acpi_lid.c create mode 100644 sys/dev/acpica/acpi_pcib.c create mode 100644 sys/dev/acpica/acpi_pcib_acpi.c create mode 100644 sys/dev/acpica/acpi_processor.c create mode 100644 sys/dev/acpica/acpi_resource.c create mode 100644 sys/dev/acpica/acpi_thermal.c create mode 100644 sys/dev/acpica/acpi_timer.c create mode 100644 sys/dev/acpica/acpiio.h create mode 100644 sys/dev/acpica/acpivar.h diff --git a/sys/dev/acpica/acpi.c b/sys/dev/acpica/acpi.c new file mode 100644 index 00000000000..651a7737a0f --- /dev/null +++ b/sys/dev/acpica/acpi.c @@ -0,0 +1,1124 @@ +/*- + * Copyright (c) 2000 Takanori Watanabe + * Copyright (c) 2000 Mitsuru IWASAKI + * Copyright (c) 2000 Michael Smith + * Copyright (c) 2000 BSDi + * All rights reserved. + * + * Redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or without + * modification, are permitted provided that the following conditions + * are met: + * 1.
