Bruce Evans	5a4c8619d8	Support compiling with `gcc -ansi'. Just use __inline instead of inline. [__]inline is only used to bloat the code here. It gives a separate copy of all the strings for each time this header is included... Fixed misuse of __P(()).	1998-05-01 18:10:50 +00:00
