Garrett Wollman	d2920e07e6	Lots of kernel code requires vnodE_if.h, so provide code to generate it ... if requested. LKMs which need it should use: SRCS+= vnode_if.h CLEANFILES+= vnode_if.h vnode_if.c These rules were already present for VFS LKMs; now they are enabled all the time.
