Nik Clayton fbc400a67a Add $Id$, to make it simpler for members of the translation teams to 
track.

The $Id$ line is normally at the bottom of the main comment block in the
man page, separated from the rest of the manpage by an empty comment,
like so;

     .\"    $Id$
     .\"

If the immediately preceding comment is a @(#) format ID marker than the
the $Id$ will line up underneath it with no intervening blank lines.
Otherwise, an additional blank line is inserted.

Don Lewis 3146a70d74 Document the errno return if the restrictions on the fcntl(F_SETOWN, ...)

John Polstra 1a809a51b0 The error returned when F_SETLK collides with an existing lock is 
EAGAIN, not EACCES.  POSIX says that either one is OK.

Mike Pritchard 064f007493 Added missing section numbers to a bunch of .Xr macros, or 
converted them into .Fn macros where appropriate.  Also fixed
up some minor formatting problems.

Mike Pritchard e1f4e80c88 Fixed a bunch of man page cross references that were 
in the main text of various man pages.

Thanks to Warner Losh for adding an option to manck to allow
it to scan the entire man page looking for bogus xrefs, instead
of just checking the SEE ALSO section.
