Avoid segfaults in 64-bit Windows builds

* src/lisp.h (COMMON_MULTIPLE): Move here from alloc.c.
* src/thread.c (THREAD_ALIGNMENT): New macro.
(main_thread): Use THREAD_ALIGNMENT to align propertly.  (Bug#29040)
