eglot-tests.el: New tests for existing completion behavior

* test/lisp/progmodes/eglot-tests.el
(eglot-test-common-prefix-completion)
(eglot-test-try-completion-inside-symbol)
(eglot-test-rust-completion-exit-function): New tests.
(eglot--wait-for-rust-analyzer): New function.
