* etags.c (C_entries): Reset the fvdef machine when out of function.

(PRINT_UNDOCUMENTED_OPTIONS_HELP): #define as FALSE if undefined.
(print_help): Use it in if() rather than #if.
(print_help): Conditionally print help about --no-line-directive.
