(list-buffers-noselect): Put buffer name in a text

Set Buffer-menu-buffer-column here.
(Buffer-menu-mode): Don't do those things here.
(Buffer-menu-buffer): Use text properties.
(Buffer-menu-buffer-name-position): Function deleted.
