gitmerge: Try to detect cherry-picks

Browse Source 
* admin/gitmerge.el (gitmerge-default-branch): Change to
origin/emacs-25.
(gitmerge-missing): Use symmetric difference ('...') between
branch and master so that cherry-picks can be detected.
