(comint-move-point-for-output): Renamed from

comint-scroll-to-bottom-on-output.  Old name is alias.
Doc fix.  All uses changed.
(comint-scroll-show-maximum-output): Doc fix.

(comint-exec-1): Don't use directory-sep-char.
(comint-dynamic-complete-as-filename): Likewise.
