 x-server-version and x-server-vendor less X-specific.

 Make doc strings on X and w32 identical.
 src/w32fns.c (Fx_server_version, Fx_server_vendor): Doc fix.
 src/xfns.c (Fx_server_version, Fx_server_vendor): Doc fix.
