Update some tutorial key bindings; ref bug#8739.

* lisp/tutorial.el (tutorial--default-keys): Update some default bindings.

* etc/NEWS: delete-forward-char is not bound to C-d.

* lisp/bindings.el, lisp/windows.el: Comments.
