Don't mention ~/.emacs.bmk literally in doc strings

* lisp/bookmark.el (bookmark-save-flag, bookmark-load): Don't
mention "~/.emacs.bmk" explicitly as the default bookmark file in
the doc strings.  (Bug#23350)
