(gdb-speedbar-auto-raise): New function and variable.

(gdb-var-create-handler, gdb-var-list-children-handler):
Don't match on "char **...".
(gdb-var-update-handler): Find values for all variable objects.
(gdb-info-frames-custom): Identify frames by leading "#".
