Add new Isearch commands to new Isearch menu (bug#29321, bug#32990)

* lisp/isearch.el (isearch-menu-bar-map): Add menu items for
isearch-beginning-of-buffer and isearch-end-of-buffer.
(isearch-forward): Add them to docstring.
