Bind 'revert-buffer' to 'C-x g' globally

* lisp/bindings.el: Bind 'revert-buffer' to 'C-x g' globally.
* doc/emacs/files.texi: Replace 'M-x revert-buffer' with 'C-x g'.
* etc/NEWS: Document the change (bug#46151).
