Allow dabbrev to ignore binary buffers

(dabbrev-ignored-buffer-regexps): Link to it.
(dabbrev-ignored-buffer-modes): New user option (bug#19392).
(dabbrev--filter-buffer-modes): New function.
(dabbrev--select-buffers, dabbrev--make-friend-buffer-list): Use it.
