Avoid bogus abbreviated file names if HOME changes

* lisp/files.el (abbreviate-file-name):
If HOME changes, ignore `abbreviated-home-dir'.  (Bug#19657#20)
* test/lisp/files-tests.el (files-test-abbreviated-home-dir): New.
