Drop support for obsolete "Lisp Code Directory" from ffap

Note also that the host "archive.cis.ohio-state.edu" is unknown.
* lisp/ffap.el (ffap-alist): Drop support for obsolete "Lisp Code
Directory".
(ffap-lcd): Make obsolete.
