(rmail-output-decode-coding): Fix custom type, group.

(rmail-output-as-babyl, rmail-output-to-babyl-buffer): Remove
unnecessary use of with-no-warnings.
(rmail-output-as-mbox, rmail-output-as-seen): Doc fix.
