* fileio.c (Vafter_insert_file_adjust_coding_function): New

Browse Source 
variable.
(syms_of_fileio): Declare it as a lisp variable.
(Finsert_file_contents): Call
Vafter_insert_file_adjust_coding_function before calling
decode-format.
