(string-rectangle): Make operate-on-rectangle convert tabs.

(string-rectangle-line): After inserting string, insert the same
width of whitespace that we deleted earlier.
(operate-on-rectangle): Operate even if width is 0.
(open-rectangle-line): Clean up.
