* lisp/so-long.el (so-long-variable-overrides): Use correct bidi option

Browse Source 
Set 'bidi-paragraph-direction' to 'left-to-right', rather than setting
'bidi-display-reordering' to nil, as the latter is only intended for
use when debugging the display code.
