* lisp/progmodes/ruby-mode.el: Simplify last change, and cleanup code.

(ruby-syntax-propertize-regexp): Remove.
(ruby-syntax-propertize-function): Split regexp into chunks.
Match following code directly.
* test/indent/ruby.rb: New file, to test new syntax-propertize code.
