* nnkiboze.el (nnkiboze-generate-group): Use it. Inhibit list groups.
	(nnkiboze-enter-nov): Fix it when there is no xref.
	(nnkiboze-generate-groups): List groups.
	(nnkiboze-request-article): Use
	gnus-cache-request-article.
