years, and Emacs comes with tools for this now.
(Patch): Remove section - this is a standard tool.

Remove the optional arguments from all @node commands: makeinfo can
generate these automatically, and it is easier to edit and rearrange
nodes without them.
(Help installing Emacs): Remove reference to deleted X11 node.
