5c831ccdac (kill-rectangle): Don't barf if `kill-read-only-ok' is set. 
(delete-extract-rectangle-line): Use `filter-buffer-substring' instead of
`buffer-substring' and `delete-region'.  (Most of the code actually copied
from `kill-region'.)
