42ca2aca94 make-changelog-diff REL1 REL2 
creates on standard output a diff of all changelog files between two
releases (should be tags).

3f4a4bdf31 (add-release-logs): Expand the directory name before calling find(1). 
(add-release-logs): Use the same methods as add-log.el for writing
the date and the user's name and address
