- 'hot-spot' navigation implemented. When the cursor is on a
topic's bullet, regular-character keystrokes will be
interepreted as if they were preceded by ^C, when
appropriate, so users can navigate and adjust exposure,
etc, with single-stroke commands.
- Lucid emacs accomodated.
