52a4e87c63 Fix copyright years by hand 
These are dates that admin/update-copyright did not update, or
updated incorrectly.  Also, back out the copyright-date change to
doc/misc/texinfo.tex, as upstream hasn't updated that date yet.

29993416fb Add .info extension to @setfilename commands in doc/ 
This makes no difference to anything, since we always use makeinfo -o,
but it makes automake happier, if we ever decide to use that.

(Usage): Add -I.
(info_flag): New variable.
(-I): New option.
(doc): Maybe check its status.
(info_dir): New function.

1df7defd80 Fix minor whitespace issues after "." in manual. 
Be more systematic about using "@." (not ".") at end of sentence that
ends in a capital letter, and about appending "@:" after non-ends of
sentences that end in a lower case letter followed by "." followed by
whitespace.  Omit unnecessary use of "@:" and "@.".  Similarly for "?"
and "!".  Be more consistent about putting a comma after "i.e." and
"e.g."; this is the typical American style and it's easier to code in
Texinfo.

d221e7808c Add ERT, a tool for automated testing in Emacs Lisp. 
* Makefile.in, configure.in, doc/misc/Makefile.in, doc/misc/makefile.w32-in:
Add ERT.  Make "make check" run tests in test/automated.

* doc/misc/ert.texi, lisp/emacs-lisp/ert.el, lisp/emacs-lisp/ert-x.el:
New files.

* test/automated: New directory.
