6711a21f11 * lisp/font-lock.el (font-lock-flush, font-lock-ensure): New functions. 
(font-lock-fontify-buffer): Mark interactive-only.
(font-lock-multiline, font-lock-fontified, font-lock-set-defaults):
Make buffer-local.
(font-lock-specified-p): Remove redundant boundp check.
(font-lock-flush-function, font-lock-ensure-function): New vars.
(font-lock-turn-on-thing-lock): Set them.
(font-lock-default-fontify-buffer): Obey font-lock-dont-widen.
(font-lock-after-change-function): Make `old-len' optional.
(font-lock-set-defaults): Remove redundant `set' of font-lock-defaults.
Call font-lock-flush, just in case.

CONFIG_BROKETS and INHIBIT_STRING_HEADER.  "BROKETS" was a
misspelling anyway....

updateCollectionBehaviour.  All uses changed.

f02ff80d33 * htmlfontify.el: Add support for code block fontification 
for ODT export.
(hfy-optimisations): Define new option
`body-text-only'
(hfy-fontify-buffer): Honor above setting.
(hfy-begin-span, hfy-end-span): New routines factored out form
`hfy-fontify-buffer'.
(hfy-begin-span-handler, hfy-end-span-handler): New variables
that permit insertion of custom tags.
(hfy-fontify-buffer): Use above handlers.
(hfy-face-to-css-default): Same as the earlier `hfy-face-to-css'.
(hfy-face-to-css): Re-defined to be a variable.
(hfy-compile-stylesheet): Modified.  Allow stylesheet to be built
over multiple runs. This is made possible by having the caller let
bind a special variable `hfy-user-sheet-assoc'.
(htmlfontify-string): New defun.
(hfy-compile-face-map): Make sure that the last char in the
buffer is correctly fontified.
(hfy-face-resolve-face): Whitespace only change.

Miscellaneous cleanup such as:
- Don't hide expressions after a closing paren.
- Move initial setq into let.
- Hoist common parts out of ifs.
(hfy-p-to-face, hfy-p-to-face-lennart): Remove.
(hfy-face-at): Use get-text-property instead.
(hfy-prop-invisible-p): Use invisible-p if available.
(htmlfontify-manual): Use \\[...].
(hfy-html-quote-regex): Use [...].
(hfy-combined-face-spec): Simplify.
(hfy-compile-face-map): Don't presume point-min==1.
(hfy-css-name, hfy-buffer, htmlfontify-buffer): Use \' rather than $ to
match end of string.
(hfy-text-p): η-reduce.
(hfy-tags-for-file): Receive cache-hash directly.
(hfy-mark-tag-names): Adjust call.
