6a20941828 Use an explicit id for admin/unicode/Makefile.in, instead of arch-tag: 
Files run though autoconf end up copying the arch-tag: line (there seems no
way to avoid this), which confuses arch.

41a633fff6 tex-validate-region: Hack fix installed in trunk. 
I don't want to put it in the release branch, since I don't think the
tex-validate-* functions are very important, and the sexp motion
commands seem to be used quite a bit in tex-mode.
