c165ad4044 (custom-face-attributes): Make sure each attribute has a valid default 
value.  Remove hacks that mapped `nil' to `off' and used nil to mean
`unspecified'.  Remove `unspecified' choices from all attributes
(unspecified is handled by the parent checklist).
