Lars Hansen bd382a2755 (desktop-locals-to-save): Add buffer-file-coding-system.
(desktop-buffer-file): Use saved buffer-file-coding-system
for file reading.  Set auto-insert to nil to prevent automatic
insertion into restored empty files.
