Thien-Thi Nguyen 3f0656ff20 (GOOD, BAD): Delete macros. Throughout,
replace w/ `EXIT_SUCCESS' and `EXIT_FAILURE', respectively.
(main): Use `EXIT_SUCCESS' or `EXIT_FAILURE' for return value.
