	implementation is now checked on caller sites.

	* vc-hooks.el (vc-default-mode-line-string): Removed CVS special

	* vc-cvs.el (vc-cvs-mode-line-string): New function, handles the
	special case that has been removed from the default in vc-hooks.el.
